if you can SEA it, you can be it

I don't believe people need fixing or to shrink themselves.
I believe they need support with self-awareness.
Awareness creates choice.
Choice creates confidence.
Confidence creates action.
Consistent action creates meaningful change.
Every person already possesses unique strengths, experiences, and untapped potential.
My role isn't to tell you who to become—it's to help you uncover what's already there and learn how to lead from it.
There comes a point an inflection point where what you have always done is no longer working.
Sometimes it's a promotion, career change, or the job loss, that leaves you questioning your confidence.
Sometimes it's a career pivot, a reorganization, a setback, or a personal transition that changes how you see yourself.
And sometimes it's simply the awakening that you're meant for more, but you're not sure what the next chapter looks like.
I've come to believe (and experience) that these moments aren't interruptions to our journey. They are the journey to our highest potential.
For more than a decade, I've worked at the intersection of human resources, leadership development, coaching, and organizational performance for some of the biggest brands in the world - Starbucks, IQVIA, Duke University, Royal Caribbean. I've partnered with professionals at every stage of their careers—from early career professionals learning how to navigate the workplace to new managers stepping into leadership for the first time, and seasoned leaders navigating growth, change, and uncertainty.
Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: People don't struggle because they lack potential.
More often, they struggle because they haven't been given the space, tools, or self-awareness to understand how they naturally think, lead, communicate, and perform.
That's where Current Leadership Performance began.
Like many people, my own life has included unexpected detours, reinventions, and moments that required me to surrender and start over.
I've experienced professional setbacks, career pivots, personal loss, and significant life transitions that challenged how I viewed success, identity, and resilience.
Those experiences didn't keep me down. They invited me to answer the call.
The invitation that it was time to rise to the occasion.
So I got curious and committed.
Curious about why some people emerge from change with greater confidence while others remain stuck.
Curious about how strengths, mindset, relationships, and purpose influence the way we navigate uncertainty.
Curious about what allows individuals and teams not just to recover—but to grow.
That curiosity became the foundation of my work. My Career to my Calling.
Today, I help people navigate their journeys with greater clarity, confidence, and intention—not by giving them answers, but by helping them discover their own.
