Embodying a Growth Mindset
About Lauren
There comes a point in nearly every career—and often in life—when what once worked no longer does.
Sometimes it's a promotion that leaves you questioning your confidence. Sometimes it's a career pivot, a reorganization, a setback, or a personal transition that changes how you see yourself. Maybe it's losing mentorship.
And sometimes it's simply the awakening that you're capable of more, but you're not sure what the next chapter looks like.
I've come to believe that these moments aren't interruptions to our leadership journey.
They are the leadership journey.
For more than a decade, I've worked at the intersection of human resources, leadership development, coaching, and organizational performance. I've partnered with professionals at every stage of their careers—from early career professionals learning how to navigate the workplace to new managers stepping into leadership for the first time, and seasoned leaders navigating growth, change, and uncertainty.
Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: people don't struggle because they lack potential. More often, they struggle because they haven't been given the space, tools, or self-awareness to understand how they naturally think, lead, communicate, and perform.
That's where transformation begins.
Why I Do This Work
Like many people, my own life has included unexpected detours, reinventions, and moments that required me to start over.
I've experienced professional setbacks, career pivots, loss, and significant life transitions that challenged how I viewed success, identity, and resilience.
Those experiences didn't make me an expert.
They made me curious.
Curious about why some people emerge from change with greater confidence while others remain stuck. Curious about how strengths, mindset, relationships, and purpose influence the way we navigate uncertainty. Curious about what allows individuals and teams not just to recover—but to grow.
That curiosity became the foundation of my work.
Today, I help people navigate change with greater clarity, confidence, and intention—not by giving them answers, but by helping them discover their own.

Warmth & Laughter
Whether I'm coaching an individual, facilitating a workshop, or speaking to an organization, my goal is always the same:
To help people better understand themselves so they can lead themselves—and others—with greater confidence, adaptability, and purpose.
Ladership isn't about becoming someone else.
It's about becoming more fully who you already are.
My Philosophy
I don't believe people need fixing.
I believe they need awareness.
Awareness creates choice.
Choice creates confidence.
Confidence creates action.
And consistent action creates meaningful change.
Every person already possesses unique strengths, experiences, and untapped potential. My role isn't to tell you who to become—it's to help you uncover what's already there and learn how to lead from it.
My Invitation
Whether you're stepping into leadership for the first time, navigating a career transition, strengthening your team, or simply feeling called toward something more aligned, you don't have to figure it out alone.
The most effective leaders aren't the ones who have all the answers.
They're the ones who continue learning, adapting, and leading with authenticity through every season of change.
Let's discover what's possible—together.
